Here at Les Chaumieres Campagnardes we have outdoor facilities to compliment your sumptuous accommodation! The swimming pool is 7.5m long and 3.3m wide. It does not exceed 1.3m deep in any part. We are working towards achieving a ‘green’ pool. The pool is filled via our own spring fed well and the pumps are run on solar power. By 2006 we will have solar heating to ensure that the water will not be too cold ! Inside the pool area there is also a splash pool for toddlers (and for grown up’s to dangle their feet !) The whole of the pool area is within a secure fenced off area. At night this area is securely locked and movement sensors electronically protect the pool and splash pool.
In the rear garden you will find tables, reclining chairs and lounger's for relaxation, and to soak up the sun. Also, there are ample areas to find shade to either escape from the heat of the day or to find a cool place to finish that book you’ve been promising yourself ! You could even do a 'Hemmingway' and sit in the 'chillin' chair under one of our oldest oak tree's or go for a gentle swing in the hammock suspended between a couple of fruit trees. Further down the garden you will find a children’s play area, Wendy House and a mound for the little ones to climb and conquer !
"Push Bikes" are also available for your use, completely free of charge. All you need to provide is "the push" |
