Here is just a small selection of some of the fish caught here. You will note that they are in mint condition and, as they are not caught very often, they put up a good fight to stay in the water.

Fisherman of the year goes to :-

2005 .... Steve Hallam, Sussex.

2006..... Colin Mules, Wales

2007 .... Mike Topp (our very own pub landlord), Rotherham.

Special mention to Aled, Wales, who managed to catch a fish smaller than his bait but he does look happy !!!!!

2008..... ?????

With the fishing, all tackle and bait are included in the gite rental charge. Ray will also sit with you to ensure all is well before allowing you to go 'solo'.

Also, there are places within 10kms of here where the fishing for BIG fish is common plaice (!). One of the locations is a lake used by the French in their National Fishing Championship.

Sea fishing is only 90 mins from here.
