How to book your holiday with us
To proceed with the booking firstly send us an email to ask about availability. If we confirm that there is availability on your requested dates then you will need to fill in a Booking Form either via this link or we can send you one via the email where we will complete the price, dates etc and all you need to do is to print it off, fill in the blanks, sign it and post it back. With the Booking Form please fill in all sections as fully as possible. This gives us an idea of the make up of your party and we also need it as part of the French regulations. Please do not forget to sign it ! It would also help us if you inform us of any special occasions that you may be celebrating whilst with us. Return the completed and signed Booking Form to us via snail mail with the required deposit enclosed ( 100GBP per gite, per week). Cheques should be made payable to 'Mr & Mrs R Taylor' Once received we will send you an electronic receipt, a balance statement, some forms that may be of interest and the details of our Associate company who specialise in cheap ferry crossings. The balance of the booking will be due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Again, once received we will issue an electronic receipt. If you so wish, you can pay by credit card via PayPal. The use of Paypal will incur a charge of around 4%. As a family run business we cannot absorb this charge so we are afraid that you will need to add the Credit Card charge onto the rental cost. If you pay via PayPal we will forward the confirmation email from PayPal to you as prove of payment. To use PayPal just insert our email address and then follow the instructions on the site. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by instalments. Just let us know how much you wish to pay per month and we will be happy to accept this method of payment. There will be no extra charge for paying by instalments. Just before you travel you will receive an email from us to update you on the current weather conditions so that you know what to pack from shorts & flip-flops or thermals ! Finally, we are happy to do some (reasonable ! )shopping prior to you getting here. All you need to do is to forward your shopping list to us 14 days before your arrival date and we will ensure it is in your gite ready for you. The only caveat to this is if you ask for wine then it be the colour you want but the choice is too large to try and find specific wines. Ask for beer, its easier ! We ask nothing for this service but if you wanted to throw a few Euro in the petrol fund then that would be appreciated.
