Every year, on the last weekend of August, St Julien de Vouvantes celebrate their patron saint by holding a large country fete. In their fete you will find demonstrations on helicopter rides, bread making, cider pressing, threshing and bailing machines from days gone by, vintage cars & motorbikes, arts & crafts, car boot sale, beer tent, traditional food plus much much more. All in all, it is a great event that starts early and finishes very late !
