We have managed to hold our prices for the past three years but sadly the rising cost of utilities and taxes have forced us to re-look at our charges. In 2008 we totally restructured our pricing policy and seasonal dates. This proved to be a great success, hence, we are retaining this format for 2009. We want you to have a superb holiday for as little as possible. If you tie this with the saving you can make with our associate company on ferry crossings then even Blackpool looks expensive ! We are also promoting short breaks. In this day and age where travel to/from Nantes, Rennes, Dinard and Tours can be for as little as 0.01p why not take a weekend off, come over here, sip Chardonnay on the terrace and go back fully re-charged. Our daughter caught a promotional flight in September where she flew to Nantes, return, for 0.04p with no taxes !!! All you need to do is wait for the best possible price on either RyanAir or FlyBe then book a Long Weekend Break (see below) with us. We can collect and return you to the airport and even do your shopping prior to you getting here. It has to make sense ! The Seasons Low : 04 October 2008 - 24 April 2009 (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter). Mid : 25 April - 26 June & 05 September - 02 October 2009. High: 27 June - 04 September 2009. Please contact us for Christmas, New Year and Easter super special price Note :- during the High Season a Saturday change over applies.

Supplements are 15Euro pw for Electric, 15Euro pw for Gas and10Euro pw for wood (seasoned Oak) apply.Pro-rota for L/Weekend breaks. There is no charge for bed linen or cots/high chairs but we do not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired for 10Euro per person, pw. Push bikes and fishing tackle are available upon request and are free of charge. Transport to/ from airports is available (in a top of the range Skoda !) on request for a nominal fee. Bed and Breakfast Prices Accommodation offered is a Gite with sole use for the occupant.
* = Price per Person and paid locally. Inclusive in our weekly rate is high chair, cots, stair gates, cycles, fishing equipment & bait, golf clubs & balls, all games equipment, inflatables, local maps, parasol's, lounger's & recliner's, bed linen, welcome pack and a reasonable amount of wood for the cooler months (based on our usage level). Extra wood will be charged at 10Euro per day. Finally, we provide a supply of cool drinks and nibbles throughout the summer month's.
Not included in the rental price is pool/bath/hand & tea towels, safety equipment for bikes, electric fans (can be hired locally for 15Euro per week. This is to cover the additional electric used), laundry and tumble drying (5 -7Euro each per load). We are also forced to charge for electrical items brought into our Gites where the usage is likely to be excessive. These items include car and heavy duty battery chargers, electric fans, heaters, electric cooking devices and other such items. We apply these conditions because some people have brought such items into our properties and then left them on all day. There is also the safety aspect to bringing these untested items into the gites.We reserve the right to refuse the use of foreign electrical or other equipment in our gites.
